Organisational structure

SAPOA is unique in that it is controlled and driven by its members.

SAPOA's members through its elected National Council, which includes provincial representatives, determine policy and direction to be implemented by the association's secretariat in all nine provinces.

The day-to-day management is controlled by the Chief Executive Officer backed by the Board of Directors, comprising the President and Immediate Past President.
