Kindly take Notice that a Special Resolution for the approval of the new Memorandum of Incorporation for SAPOA was passed and approved at the General Meeting that was held on 18 March 2013 at 10h00 at SAPOA Head Office, situated at 36 Wierda Road West, Hunts End Building Office Park, Wierda Valley, Sandton, for lodgment, certification and record with the office of the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC).
